Oil in coolant

I have a 13 Santa fe that I found was leaking mixed oil and water from coolant resivor. Checked the radiator and also have oil mixed in there. What could be the problem? Engine sounds fine and no signs of water in oil filter or oil pan when drained.

Hi Mrod42.
Seeing how it's about 9 months since you posted, do you still have this issue? If so:
Is it an automatic and does your radiator have transmission cooler pipes into the bottom of the radiator?
Does the oil mixed with the water seem like an excessive amount?
Does the oil have a reddish tint or dark grey/black?
Does your engine oil dipstick show a loss of oil level?
Is your transmission oil level low (if automatic)?
If the oil is a reddish colour, you could have automatic transmission fluid leaking into your radiator from the cooler in the bottom of the radiator.
